Can I download the tracks you have on Insight Timer to my computer or mobile device?
Yes! Several of our tracks featured on Insight Timer are available in our online Store for you to purchase and download so that you may play them whenever you like on any device that you own.

I would like you to pray for me or my loved one. How do I make such a request?
Yes, we would be happy to pray for you or your loved one. Please go to our Contact page and indicate that your Contact Purpose is a Prayer Request. Please then provide the details of your request, including the first name of the person you wish us to pray for and other information regarding the situation that you would like to share.

Can you create a custom prayer track for me?
Yes, we can create a custom audio track for you or a loved one that you can send as a gift. You will be asked to complete a form with all the details we will need to create a personalized prayer track that you or your loved one can then play whenever you like. Do you accept international orders?
Anyone can purchase digital products that can be downloaded or accessed online, including: audio tracks, audio courses, or prayer requests. However, physical products including audio CDs, can only be purchased by United States residents.

How do your Online Courses work?
Please go to our Centering Prayer Course page for more details and to purchase your course. You will be required to add a customer account if you haven’t already. This will allow you to log into your account and access the course whenever you like. For more details regarding this course, please see our Course Overview page.

How do you keep my payment information secure?
Our eCommerce system has been designed to protect your sensitive information by using industry-standard secure SSL connections between our site and your browser. Your payment information, including your credit card info, is securely stored and transmitted to our trusted payment partners Stripe or PayPal for processing. This sensitive payment information is never stored on our website. In addition, your customer password is stored in an encrypted fashion and always transmitted securely. Finally, we take proactive and on-going measures to monitor and secure our website to protect our customers and all our web visitors.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal Express payments so you can use your PayPal balance or backup payment source to make a payment.

Do I need to sign-up for a customer account?
No, you can make most purchases without needing to sign-up for a customer account using our Buy Now option. However, you are required to have a customer account to purchase and access our online audio courses.

How do I download an audio track to my computer?
After placing your audio track order, you will be taken to your order details page. Click the “Download Track” button to download your track as an MP3 file to your computer. Note where your track is downloaded to (typically your Downloads folder). Find your track and then drag and drop this file onto the music app you use, for example iTunes. The track should begin playing and will automatically be added to your library after which you can play it whenever you like. You may also download your purchased audio tracks again at any time you wish (see “How do I download an audio track I purchased again?” below).

How do I download an audio track to my iPhone or iPad?
After placing your audio track order, you will be taken to your order details page. Click the “Download Track” button to download your track as an MP3 file to your device. Open your Downloads folder to reveal the download track then touch the track to play it. Once your track is open and playing, you should have additional options to share or save it (look for a share icon).

How do I download an audio track I purchased again?
If you have a customer account, log into Your Account where your order history will be displayed. Click on the View Details link for the order that contains the track you wish to download again. On the order details page, click the Download Track button. If you don’t have a customer account, find the original email order receipt and look for the “DOWNLOADS” label in the email. Click the link at the end of this paragraph to see the order details page, then click the Download Track button. If you don’t have your order receipt, contact us at support@thedeeperconnection.org and we will resend it to you.

Why can’t I change the quantity of a product?
Digital products can only ever have a quantity of 1. Since you have unlimited access and can download a digital product as many times as you like, the quantity is irrelevant. Only physical products that are shipped to you can have multiple quantities which you can adjust in the cart or before you add the item to your cart.
