Living Presence Group Spiritual Direction

Holding onto God is the only way to live through the tumult of this world. Yet, anything or anyone at any given moment can hook us into fear, doubt, anxiety, anger, etc.
In and of ourselves it might seem impossible to sustain our faith and live in peace, yet through God all things are possible. You were not called to be tossed around by life, like a leaf in the wind. Trying to figure it out on your own is not your destiny.

- Unpack the Examen contemplative prayer practice
- Learn how to incorporate Examen into daily life
- Process the effects of this life-changing prayer
